Standing Qigong practice that focuses on breathing and gentle movements of arms and legs. Some balance is required; practicing next to a wall or chair is recommended.

Winter Qigong practice for the water element (2:48)

This qigong practice can be done anytime of the year, but targets the organs and meridian lines associated with winter and the element of water, or the kidneys and urinary tract.

Advanced Front Back Bending (5:39)

Standing breath-work & stretching Qigong exercise.

Teacup Qigong variation (2:20)

Short horse stance, strength building Qigong practice including instructions, stretching & reaching arm movements and breathwork. Practice next to a chair or wall is recommended.
